Health and Safety in Workplaces: Professional Consulting and Regulatory Services According to Legislative Decree 81/08

The Health and Safety in Workplaces is a fundamental regulatory obligation for all Italian companies, governed by Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments. A professional consulting approach ensures proper implementation of the business safety management system, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk prevention.

Consulting services include complete updating of Risk Assessment Documents (DVR) for every risk type: general, by job function, areas and specific risks such as noise, vibrations, load handling, chemical and biological risks.

Professional assistance also includes development and updating of safety operating procedures, verification of personnel competency requirements, and mandatory trainingplanning. Critical is support in organizing the Periodic Meeting required by Article 35 and post-accident analysis to implement effective corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.

Occupational Health and Safety: Risk Assessment and Legislative Compliance

The Risk assessment constitutes the core of every effective occupational health and safetysystem. A scientific approach requires execution of professional Instrumental Surveys to precisely quantify worker exposure to specific risk factors, scrupulously following reference technical standards.

These investigations include exposure measurements for noise, vibrations, Fire prevention activities, microclimate analysis, optical radiation risk assessment, electromagnetic fields, and numerous other parameters critical for worker safety.

Professional reports identify exposure levels for different job functions considering actual exposure times, verify adequacy of Personal Protective Equipment and propose concrete mitigation and improvement measures. Health and Safety in Workplaces is thus documented through complete reports highlighting company legislative compliance and identifying any deviations from mandatory regulatory requirements.

Integrated Prevention Management: Audits, Training, and Advanced Tools

The Integrated prevention management is the most advanced approach to Health and Safety in Workplaces, combining systematic audits, continuous training, and advanced analysis tools. Legislative compliance audits verify organizational adherence to Legislative Decree 81/08 and related regulations, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.

An effective prevention system includes these fundamental elements:

    • DUVRI and contractor coordination: Preparation of Single Document for Interference Risk Assessment to manage external company activities, verifying their technical-professional suitability and preparing coordination minutes.
    • Training and information: Systematic information activities according to Article 36 and specific training according to Article 37, customized by job function and updated for new hires or job changes.
    • Stress tests and simulations: Practical verifications of company response to potential accidents or regulatory violations, assessing actual effectiveness of implemented prevention systems.
