Course Description

Ai sensi del D.Lgs. 81/08 e s.m.i. e ASR 22/02/12 tutti gli operatori incaricari all’uso delle attrezzature riportate nell’ASR stesso devono conseguire una specifica abilitazione.

Course Participants

Addetti all'uso di attrezzature di lavoro ex ASR 22/02/2012. La formazione dei lavoratori deve avvenire durante l’orario di lavoro degli stessi (D.Lgs. 81/08, art. 37, comma 12). E' carico del Datore di Lavoro di ciascuno dei partecipanti la verifica della comprensione linguistica degli stessi.

Program

Legal and regulatory module (1 hour):

Course introduction: outline of general legislation on occupational health and safety, with specific reference to legal provisions regarding the use of work equipment (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008). Operator responsibilities

Technical module (7 hours):

  • Types and characteristics of the various types of internal transport vehicles.
  • Main risks associated with the use of motorized industrial trucks.
  • Basic physics concepts.
  • Self-propelled truck technology
  • Main components.
  • Battery charging systems.
  • Control and safety devices.
  • The conditions of equilibrium.
  • Checks and maintenance.
  • Safe operating procedures for motorized industrial trucks.

Mid-term verification test, consisting of a multiple-choice questionnaire. Passing the test, which is considered passed with at least 70% correct answers, will allow you to move on to the practical module. Failing the test means you must repeat the two theoretical modules.

Practical module (4 hours)

  • Illustration, following the trolley user instructions, of the various components and safety features.
  • Daily and periodic maintenance and statutory checks, as well as those specified in the truck's user instructions.
  • Forklift driving on a test course to highlight correct empty and loaded maneuvers (correct position on the forklift, picking up the load, transporting in various situations, parking the forklift, etc.).

Final practical test. Il mancato superamento della prova di verifica finale comporta l’obbligo di ripetere il modulo pratico. 

L’esito positivo delle prove di verifica intermedia e finale, unitamente a una presenza pari ad almeno il 90% del monte ore, consente il rilascio, al termine del percorso formativo, dell’attestato di abilitazione
