L’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato, nella sua adunanza del 14/07/2026, ha deliberato l’attribuzione a 3i engineering S.r.l. della classificazione “⭐++” per il Rating di Legalità

The acquisition of recognition by law offers a series of important advantages in dealings with the Public Administration and Credit Institutions.

Following recognition, 3i engineering S.r.l. has been included in the’List of companies with a legality rating previsto dall’art. 8 del Regolamento di attribuzione nel territorio nazionale, al n. RT15677.

The rating has a range from a minimum of one ‘star’ to a maximum of three ‘stars’, which is attributed based on the declarations provided by the companies, verified and compared with the data held by the relevant public administrations.

Why request it

The Legality Rating is a new tool introduced in 2012 for Italian businesses by the’Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) in accordo con i Ministeri della Giustizia e dell’Interno, volto alla promozione e all’introduzione di Principles of Ethical Conduct in the Business World, by assigning a rating based on compliance with the legality by companies that have requested it and, more generally, on the level of attention they devote to the proper management of their business.

Al riconoscimento di un sufficiente livello di rating di legalità, l’ordinamento ricollega vantaggi in sede di concessione di finanziamenti pubblici e agevolazioni per l’accesso al credito bancario.

Legality Rating Duration

The legality rating is valid for three years from release and is renewable upon request.
