Gender Equality
It is the set of measures and policies aimed at promoting and protecting diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace. 3i engineering S.r.l. has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification, following the practices defined in the standard for strategies, governance, HR processes, pay equity, and parenthood.
3i engineering S.r.l. has always approached the issue of diversity and equal opportunities proactively, promoting inclusivity as an element of development, demonstrating our commitment to a fair and equal workplace. This has led to significant benefits over time for both the organization and all employees, establishing an environment of fairness and equal growth opportunities.
In order to report on its commitment to the issue, 3i engineering S.r.l. has already been activated so that it can accompany client companies in obtaining certification themselves. This is because greater equality is not just added value for the company internally, but also promotes social stability and supports sustainable development as a whole.
Although the workforce is diverse, it includes a significant percentage of women (44% in 2022 and 47% in 2023), confirming the proactive approach of 3i engineering S.r.l. in the promotion of gender equality.
